How do I get in contact with a Stylist?

We are happy to announce the addition of tote aficionados - Luci Bags Stylists.  Whether you need to advertise a business or want to show off adorable pictures, our Stylists are on a mission to outfit ladies everywhere with a fun new Luci Bag.  There is nothing they love more than helping ladies earn a free tote!  Connect now to answer your questions and book your Luci Bags party!  If you have ordered under a party we will keep you in touch with the Stylist who ran the party.  If you no longer wish to recieve communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified.  If you need to make an update to your shipping information or add to your order, contact your Stylist or info@lucibags.com immediately.  If the order hasn’t shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request.

When will my Luci Bag arrive?

We do our best to process in-stock orders in 1-2 business days.  Most orders ship via USPS 2-3 day service, including Saturday delivery.  The delivery date is not guaranteed but can be tracked using the information in your shipping confirmation.  Larger orders and time-sensitive holiday orders are shipped via UPS with a day-definite guarantee.

Can I exchange my tote?

We want you to LOVE your Luci Bag and carry it everywhere you go!  If you don’t just adore your new items please see our return policy for instructions on how to exchange or return your order. 

How do I care for my Luci Bags?

All of our totes and accessories are made from heavy high-quality cotton fabrics.  The tote bottoms feature a leather-like bottom that is easy to wipe clean and requires no care. Should you soil your tote we recommend spot cleaning as needed - DO NOT machine wash. After cleaning, a warm iron can be applied to the fabric areas.  DO NOT iron the display plastic, label or leather bottom as they can melt and discolor.
