In-stock orders generally process in 1-3 business days. During a sale, holiday or other high-traffic period it may take up to 5 business days to prepare your order for shipment.
Backorders are processed when the order is placed. Any in-stock items will ship immediately and backordered portion will be shipped just as soon as it is available.
Orders shipped within in the US, Puerto Rico and US APO boxes (wherever they may be) ship for $8.95. Orders are shipped from our Dallas fulfillment center and typically arrive within 1-5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and can be delayed around the holidays.
Just picking up something small? Accessory orders under $65 ship for $2.95. Applies to domestic orders only.
As a special reward for partying with us, hostesses receive free shipping when redeeming their hostess credit. Even if rewards are not earned, a hostess with at least 1 party order will receive free shipping on her own personal order. *US shipping only.
International shipping is available to Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.
All prices on lucibags.com or shared by a Luci Bags Stylist are in USD. Your order total will be submitted in USD and processed with your card company at the current exchange rate. NOTE most credit card companies also charge an international transaction fee. Check the current exchange rate here.
Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be due upon delivery. Fees vary from location to location and Luci Bags is unable to estimate the amount that may be due. We strongly suggest you check with your local post office or government agency to determine the amount of customs fees, duties and/or taxes that may be due. International shipments refused upon delivery for any reason will be refunded less customs, duty and return fees.
A tracking email will be sent once your order is ready for shipment, although it may not enter the mail stream until the following postal business day. Your tracking id can be used on usps.com. Please contact us if your tracking information has not updated in 48 hours, or your domestic package has not arrived after 7 business days, international 15 days.
In the unfortunate event that your order should be damaged during shipping, DO NOT discarding any packaging. Contact our customer service department for further instructions.
