Processed orders can not becancelledor modified. If you need to make a correction to your shipping information, contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We want you to LOVE your Luci Bags! If you aren't happy with the size, style or print of your items, we will gladly refund or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase. All items for return or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
If you would like toexchange your orderfor a different style, size or color request an exchange through our customer portal. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the unwanted items. Your replacement order will be sent out just as soon as your original items arrive back to us.
Orders sent back as a refund return will be charged a flat processing fee of $8 to cover your pre-paid return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.
